Its really very simple.. Even thoguth I couldn't figure it out at first.
Click on post reply.
Make sure you have HTML on in your options.
You should have a list of html tags.
Like this.

B i u quote Code List List= Img URL

Select Img.

Simply enter the web address of the picture.
(Right click a picture and select properties.. IT will be the long address under
Address
URL )
And copy and paste the address in.
Then select Img again.
Sumbit your post, and when you view your message it will have what ever picture you selected visible.
