(When the first one is answered I'll tell you the second.)

I am everywhere you go and I am in everyone you meet... You all have me just the same, but I am different. You hear me and you see me, but I am not visual.. What am I?

(If this one is too hard to figure out I'll give you a few hints and if nobody gets it I'll tell you... It's pretty hard considering I made it up (I thought it was easy, but...))

I was gogin to say oxygen but then I thought wlel you dont hear it..
so then
I was gogin to say wind but I though you dont see wind..
And Then I was gogin to say blood but then I thought that.. Well It's not everywhere you go..

Uhhhhh there are three women:
Sarah Sally and Sam
Sarah takes 3 steps a minute and two back
Sally takes 4 steps in 2 minutes and 2 back
Sam takes 1 per 30 seconds but takes 4 back every 3 minutes.
They have 60 steps to the end of the race, who gets there first?
